For a really fun dinner with an awesome view make sure you check out Cheeseburger Restaurant (formerly Cheeseburger in Paradise)—The gorgeous sunset alone was worth the price of the meal but everyone agreed the burgers were also pretty terrific. I could not help myself and ordered the teriyaki burger with grilled pineapple, grilled mushrooms and swiss cheese. OMG, that is heaven on a plate right there-salty, sweet, beefy and cheesy all in one bite. Put in a fork in me, I’m done! The kids all ordered up their own custom concoctions and everything arrived with a mountain of crispy fries. No complaints at this table. The restaurant was packed and it just felt like we were all at one big beach party. Just what the doctor ordered.
There’s lot’s of fun décor to check out and keep the conversation flowing-even a shark with a burger in it’s mouth. We enjoyed the (sort of) live music. There was a guy who sang and played guitar along with music on his computer. It was pretty good until I requested Eddie Money’s “2 Tickets to Paradise” he got through one stanza before he quit and apologized…I guess he didn’t have that classic on his iTunes.
